Course pour l'Europe
Rennen um Europa
Strasbourg-Kehl: 3 km and 10 km foot race along the French and German banks of the Rhine
Symbol of Franco-German reconciliation, Strasbourg is also the heart of the European construction. Bloody and secular conflicts took place along the Rhine. Today, the river no longer represents a border but a place of sharing and bondings between the two cities of Kehl and Strasbourg. To celebrate this unity rediscovered under the sign of the European Union founded on the memory of the tragedies of the twentieth century and the desire to overcome them, the PAME project has organized a Course pour l'Europe / Rennem Um Europa of 3 and 10 km.
The event is coordinated by EuropaNow! and promoted by Unis Vers le Sport, an association of education, integration and international solidarity in the field of sport, which since its creation in 2001 has operated with the belief that sporting activity transmits positive values and essential benefits to education and integration of young people.
